The 146.670 repeater, located on Provin Mountain just to the southeast of Springfield MA has a '-' offset and a PL of 127.3. Although it is considered a "local coverage" repeater, it covers the Connecticut River valley from Northampton MA to well south of Hartford CT. This machine serves as the EchoLink and IRLP nodes for the MTARA and connects our area to nearly anywhere in the world. The expected coverage of this repeater is shown.
