The MTARA maintains 5 repeaters on 3 sites in Western Massachusetts and North Central Connecticut. Additionally, the MTARA is represented on APRS at a fourth site in the Berkshires and is considering revitalizing it's packet system.

Our repeater systems have been recently upgraded with Kenwood TKR750 units on the three 2 Meter machines and a TKR850 for the 440 MHz. repeater on Mount Tom. We have also replaced the 2 Meter antennas on Soapstone and are in the process of replacing the 2 Meter antenna on Provin Mountain.
